Samsung Galaxy S20, S20 + & S20 Ultra
The first major smartphone launch of the year is just a few weeks away: Samsung will present its new high-end at a special press conference ahead of MWC on February 11.
With three versions of the Galaxy S20 (yes, you read it correctly, it will not be the Galaxy S11), it is likely that Samsung will also release a new version of the Samsung Galaxy Fold in the Galaxy Z Flip (we talk about this below).
All eyes will be on that Ultra model, which is new to the line. If the rumors are true, and usually are when it comes to Samsung, it will include a 120Hz display and a 108Mp sensor as one of four lenses in its new primary camera that appears to emulate a domino tile.
The inclusion of a Snapdragon 865 (or Exynos 990) is exciting not only because it will increase performance and efficiency, but because it will be sold only with the X55 modem. Ergo, 5G for everyone.
Oppo Find X2 & X2 Pro
Like the rest, Oppo had prepared the launch of its new terminals during the celebration of the World Mobile Congress that was to take place in Barcelona. Canceled the event, the company is preparing a brand presentation event to present the new Find X2 and X2 Pro.
These models could have a 6.5-inch Quad-HD + 120Hz display and 65W wired charging, with the latter also seen in China's Reno Ace.

This could be the launch of a new smartphone from 2020 that we are most excited about. This next Xiaomi flagship is going to arrive (supposedly) with the same 108 MP camera as the S20 (and that we have already seen in the Mi Note 10).
It will also come with the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor that will ensure fast and 5G performance across the range. Added to this are 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage.
It will probably cost around 500 euros, and this is where we understand you wondering where the trick is. Well, the deficiencies, surely, will be on the screen, without 120 Hz or a Quad-HD resolution.
Xiaomi's phones have also lagged behind the competition in terms of waterproofing, though a rumor suggests that a version of the Mi 10 could finally fit that bill. You can also say goodbye to the unsightly notch on the screen.
Huawei Mate Xs
An updated version of Huawei's foldable Mate X (pictured), the Xs is now powered by a Kirin 990 chip and has an improved hinge and tougher display.
It has already been announced in China, and CEO Richard Yu has confirmed that it will be shown at MWC in February. Huawei will hold a press conference on February 23, so you can expect more information from that day.
Nokia 9.2 PureView
What worries us most about the prospect of a Nokia 9.2 PureView is that the company has never released a Nokia 9.1 PureView.
Other than that, a really interesting rumor about Nokia's upcoming flagship - which could be released during its MWC press conference on February 23, but likely to be delayed until the summer - is that it might have a car camera. off below the screen.

Sony Xperia 2
The fact that Sony Xperia 1 did not go on sale until June is making us hesitate in this case, however, Sony intends to launch its next flagship, the Xperia 2, alongside the mid-range Xperia 20 in the IFA event in September.
All that is known is that the specs are believed to include 5G and a 4K display, but reduced from 6.5in to 6.1in. Expect to see a Snapdragon 855 processor, plus 6GB of RAM and a 3,000mAh battery.
Honor view 30
The Honor View 30 and Honor View 30 Pro have already been released in China, but will not be announced globally until the MWC press conference on February 24. So we already know what to expect, but there is still nothing about prices and availability in Spain.
The Honor View 30 range has 5G support, a flagship-level processor, a triple camera setup, and a dual-hole setup at the front, but there's one element missing: Google Play. And that can make you completely rethink your purchasing decision.
Honor 30
Almost certainly, launching alongside the Honor View 30 at the company's MWC press conference on February 24, the Honor 30 is likely to be a cheap flagship, but it comes with the same issues of not- Google than other Huawei and Honor phones.
The successor to the Honor 20 (pictured), it's likely to be an iterative upgrade, with a performance boost courtesy of the new Kirin 990 processor, along with a boost from 6GB to 8GB of RAM.
There's likely to be a Samsung-O-style infinity display - i.e. a cutout in the top corner of the camera - but we expect the main camera to be left with just the four lenses.
Waterproofing and wireless charging have not been on the line before, but their inclusion is likely to push the price one step further than feasible.
LG G9 ThinQ
Another phone that will almost certainly make its appearance at MWC 2020 in February is the LG G9 ThinQ, although we don't know that there isn't an official press conference, which probably means it's not worth getting too excited about.
In the past, LG confirmed that all future V-series phones would carry 5G, while the G-series will stick with 4G. That means that the rumor that it will work with the Snapdragon 865 is incorrect (and will come with something older and slower), or that Qualcomm reversed that decision. We hope it is the latter.
Like many of the 2020 flagships, the G9 is believed to have a 120 Hz display, but where we really hope LG will impress is in the audio.
LG V60 ThinQ
Another LG phone that could well see a CMM launch in February is the V60 ThinQ, with the V50 (pictured) popping up much earlier in the year than anticipated in 2019.
So the cool thing about the V series is the dual-screen design, which was possibly more interesting before any really foldable-screen phone went on sale. As before, it's likely to be detachable, and possibly with some redesigned hinges.
5G on a Snapdragon 865 chip is more or less a fact. We were also finally able to see LG integrate the fingerprint sensor into the screen.
Apple iPhone SE 2 (iPhone 9)
A smaller, cheaper iPhone has been on the cards forever, but in 2020 it could finally become a reality. Specifically, an iPhone SE 2 update could be announced during a rumor of an Apple event in March.
We have heard that the new iPhone will have a 4.7-inch screen with Touch ID and will closely resemble the iPhone 8. It will work with Apple's A13 chip, with 3 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage.
It is likely to come in Space Gray, Silver or Red, prices could start from $ 399.
Huawei P40 & P40 Pro
Huawei had a very difficult 2019 due to the conflict with the United States and still has not stopped taking down Apple to become the number 2 global OEM behind Samsung (Xiaomi is in fourth place), according to Counterpoint Research.

Around the front, you can see two self-adapting cameras, and most interestingly, inside you can use graphene battery technology.
OnePlus 8, 8 Pro & 8 Lite
The original OnePlus One arrived as a high-end SUV at an unbeatable price, although we have seen that prices have been increasing model after model. It is therefore good news that in 2020 a cheaper OnePlus 8 Lite joins the standard and Pro model.
They usually arrive in May, and it is rumored that we could see the new OnePlus trio as early as April. (The OnePlus 8T and 8T Pro are expected to follow in October 2020.)
The company has already confirmed that the Pro will have a 120Hz display, and we also expect 5G to become a standard feature with a change to the Snapdragon 865 with an X55 modem.
We also expect to see a 6.7-inch screen, 4,500mAh battery, and 50W fast charge on the Pro model, and there is talk that OnePlus could "finally" introduce wireless charging here.
Asus Zenfone 7
Asus makes some amazing smartphones so we are happy to know that the next Zenfone 7 could arrive later this year, probably in May.
We hope that the upcoming Zenfone will be slightly more expensive than previous models with the addition of 5G and a Snapdragon 865 processor. It is also rumored to finally bring the convenience of wireless charging to users.
Memory and storage also seem to be increasing, to 8GB, and 256GB respectively, but we hope one thing that doesn't change is the unique rotating camera module that serves as both a primary camera and auto-off camera.
It seems that more and more 2020 flagships are moving towards the specs of true gaming phones, with 120Hz displays and super-fast processors and graphics, but there is still a market for appropriate gaming phones like the Asus ROG Phone.
The next iteration, version 3, will probably make its appearance in the summer - possibly in July - and will be on sale in September.
It's a bit far, so instead of the rumored features here is what's on our bucket list: a 144 / 240Hz display; Qualcomm's Snapdragon 865 with Adreno 650 GPU, a refined design that's as eye-catching as ever; improved cameras; and some game accessories included.

We are likely to see many of the changes introduced with the Galaxy S20 in Note 20, including the new Dominican-style rear camera with a 108Mp sensor, and the 120Hz display. Cameras under the glass have also been announced for a Samsung phone that will arrive later this year.
If Samsung decides to continue with its Note series, you can expect the next Galaxy to arrive in early August.
Apple iPhone 12 (Late 2020)
In September we will see the annual update of the Apple iPhone, which in 2019 came in the standard versions (6.1 inches), Pro (5.8 inches), and Pro Max (6.5 inches).
We hope 2020 is a year of significant changes to the iPhone's design, with that big screen now looking more than a little dated.

It is too early for extensive rumors, but it is more or less a fact that the Mate 40 will run the next-generation Kirin chip. This is the one that comes after the Kirin 990 and is said to be in trial production already, apparently using a 5nm manufacturing process.

It seems that more and more 2020 flagships are moving towards the specs of true gaming phones, with 120Hz displays and super-fast processors and graphics, but there is still a market for appropriate gaming phones like the Asus ROG Phone.
The next iteration, version 3, will probably make its appearance in the summer - possibly in July - and will be on sale in September.
It's a bit far, so instead of the rumored features here is what's on our bucket list: a 144 / 240Hz display; Qualcomm's Snapdragon 865 with Adreno 650 GPU, a refined design that's as eye-catching as ever; improved cameras; and some game accessories included.

For some time the future of the Samsung Galaxy Note has been under threat, with the S series getting closer and closer in size, power, and design, leaving only the S Pen to differentiate between the two. But many think that the ticket is not yet dead.
We are likely to see many of the changes introduced with the Galaxy S20 in Note 20, including the new Dominican-style rear camera with a 108Mp sensor, and the 120Hz display. Cameras under the glass have also been announced for a Samsung phone that will arrive later this year.
If Samsung decides to continue with its Note series, you can expect the next Galaxy to arrive in early August.
Apple iPhone 12 (Late 2020)

In September we will see the annual update of the Apple iPhone, which in 2019 came in the standard versions (6.1 inches), Pro (5.8 inches), and Pro Max (6.5 inches).
We hope 2020 is a year of significant changes to the iPhone's design, with that big screen now looking more than a little dated.
Following the line of the latest Android phones, the iPhone 12 may also come with 5G connectivity and an on-screen fingerprint sensor, and potentially a four-lens rear camera.
This could also be the year that Apple finally abandons the Lightning port in favor of USB-C, which might temporarily annoy some Apple fans, but it would be worth it in the long run.
We hope to see an Apple A14 Bionic processor, along with 4GB of RAM and 64, 256, and 512GB storage options. At least the more expensive models will have OLED displays, and we hope Apple will standardize this across the line.
Huawei Mate 40 & Mate 40 Pro

The message has probably already been broadcast, but it is incredibly unlikely that the Huawei Mate 40, expected in September, will feature Google apps and services. If this doesn't bother you, read on.
It is too early for extensive rumors, but it is more or less a fact that the Mate 40 will run the next-generation Kirin chip. This is the one that comes after the Kirin 990 and is said to be in trial production already, apparently using a 5nm manufacturing process.
We'd like to see a return of the physical volume buttons on the Pro model, plus an improved camera that's more in-line with the P-series than older Mate models.
Microsoft Surface Duo

Microsoft has already announced the Surface Duo in 2019, but we will not have any more news about the device until the 2020 holidays.
The truth is that it is a highly anticipated smartphone: a folding double screen, 5.6 inches each separated by a 360-degree hinge. It can be folded in various ways like a 2-in-1 laptop.
It works with Android instead of Windows and is compatible with a stylus. However, nothing more is yet known about the Microsoft Surface Duo.
